Coral is terrific. One of the best agents and nicest persons you could ever meet. Loads of energy, enthusiasm and persistence together with a remarkable understanding of what would be right for us. Not to mention saintly patience while educating us about districts and condos in beautiful Victoria. She did all the right things. Her initiative and drive in getting us in to see what is now our condo at the earliest possible stage made the difference. Already we have introduced her to friends looking for a place of their own in beautiful Victoria. They will be in the best of hands. It was our good luck to find our new friend Coral.

Sep 14th, 2021Coral is a fantastic realtor who will make you feel like your success in buying/selling a property is her number one priority. She stuck with us through ups and downs until we found exactly what we needed in a market that is very hard to navigate. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody.

Very hardworking and always available
Apr 30th, 2022Coral was outstanding. Very hard working and always available for info advice and direction in a crazy market. I looked at many properties and went through several bidding wars. Being from Vancouver Coral was very accommodating arranging showing working around a limited schedule.

As a first time home buyer, I was incredibly new to the real estate market. Coral made the house
hunting and purchasing process as stress free as possible. Despite my busy work schedule, she
found time to stay in contact with me well into the evening. Her excellent communication skills
kept us both informed of all steps taken in the house hunting process. She was very attentive to
what I was looking for in a house and found one that I hadn't seen on any of the main real estate
websites. I'm incredibly pleased with her service and will happily recommend her to anyone
looking to buy!

Coral is a knowledgeable and kind realtor who helped us in our recent Victoria purchase. She helped navigate us thru the crazy multiple offer scenarios, and offered useful advice with her wealth of local knowledge. Being from the mainland, we didn’t know the difference areas of Victoria and she would also video view places on our behalf or with our Young adult children. She always answered my 10000 questions in a timely manner. Totally would recommend Coral as your agent.

We had not been in the real estate business for over 30 years so we did have lots od questions and Coral answered every one of them. Coral did an excellent job selling my condo and getting us into the single family house in the heated market. She worked tirelessly to show us all the properties we were interested in, and even advised against some of them; she puts customers above herself and care about them. If you want someone who works for you in your best interest (not in the interest of commission), then reach out to Coral.
